Voorwaarden huurder

Als huurder gebruik je BuurtHuurt om spullen van anderen in de buurt te huren (peer-to-peer).

BuurtHuurt is geen partij bij de huurovereenkomst: jij maakt afspraken met de verhuurder over gebruik, ophalen, inleveren en de staat van het item.

Deze tekst beschrijft je verplichtingen als huurder en is geen vervanging voor persoonlijk juridisch advies.

Voor elke boekingsaanvraag ga je expliciet akkoord met deze huurder-voorwaarden en de listing-regels van de verhuurder.

De verhuurder kan accepteren of weigeren. Pas na acceptatie volgen betaling en ophalen.

Er geldt een servicebijdrage van 4% bovenop de huurprijs. Betalen gaat online via iDEAL of Apple Pay.

Voorbeeld: bij €100 huurprijs betaal je als huurder €104.

Maak check-out/check-in foto's wanneer de app dat vraagt. Houd je aan afspraken en listing-regels.

Gebruik het item zorgvuldig en breng het op tijd terug.

Meld schade tijdig via het schademeldingenproces in de app.

As a renter you use BuurtHuurt to rent items from others locally (peer-to-peer).

BuurtHuurt is not a party to the rental agreement: you arrange terms with the owner.

This text describes your obligations as a renter and is not a substitute for personal legal advice.

For each booking request you explicitly agree to these renter terms and the owner's listing rules.
